We can find suitable property for clients that suit their needs. There is no extra cost in purchasing property via JP HOUSING. Our local staffs in Japan, fluent in Mandarin/ Cantonese, can take client for property scouting and arrange signing of contract. Client can also opt for remote purchase by looking at pictures and videos of the property. We hire authorized judicial scrivener to handle all legal documents, contracts and registrations. JP HOUSING also provides rental management service, collecting rent for owner and handle query from the tenant.
