Most investors are concerned it would be a hassle to manage rental issue after purchasing a property in Japan. No worry – we will provide a comprehensive follow-up service for our clients. We can find overseas clients suitable Japanese tenants, collect rent monthly and transmit rental income to you regularly.
We also help overseas clients to arrange move in and move out for tenants. Shall the tenant needs anything, we will inform you and help settle in due course.
The fee is merely 5% of the rental income. Overseas clients can just stay home, and enjoy the returns from real estate investment in Japan.

Leasing
We carefully select potential tenants for owner’s approval to avoid any hassles that may take place in future. For important matters and sharing of repairing fee, we will re-confirm with the owner before signing the lease contact with the tenant. Our vast experience will safeguard your benefits. Fee for leasing service: One month of rental payment.
